I like reviewing technology products and items that can improve your health. It’s important to me. So, I was all in when the Water H people asked me to try out their smart water bottle. 

This is a well-made bottle. It’s heavy, and it has cushioning on the bottom where the brains of the operation reside. This smart water bottle works with Android and IOS. It will give you some notifications to keep on drinking water. There’s nothing wrong with that! 

The water bottle syncs with the mobile app. I have done it in the home and the car.  

There is no doubt that I have been drinking more water. It knows how much you should drink based on your height and weight.
