Review: Stretch Zone is Something We All Need Reviews by Russ_Cohen - February 29, 2024February 29, 20240 Share on Facebook Share Share on TwitterTweet Share on Pinterest Share Share on LinkedIn Share Send email Mail Print Print I’ve always understood the importance of stretching. I’ve been walking far and wide my entire life, I bike, walk my dog, and play softball. All of those things need some preparation – – stretching is the way to do that. This is practitioner-assisted stretching. It’s not what you’re used to, maybe if you’re an elite level athlete, but otherwise, this is something you can’t do at home or the gym. I had a groin injury that I re-aggravated and it lingered so I thought this would be a good test for it. I booked my session and Lexi did all the hard work. There was a very extensive pre-stretch interview. It helped that Lexi was pleasant but also understanding of my physical condition so I could get the most out of the treatment. They have a strap method that they can explain better than I can and a stretch scale, can be a slight pain scale, but only for a few seconds. The session lasted longer than I expected. This exceeded my expectations. As an older guy, I want to get back into horseback riding along with what I do and this will be the perfect way to do that. The day after, I still feel great. I’ve NEVER been able to stretch like this for myself or even with a friend or loved one. They do have the expertise. That’s obvious. At the end of the session, they go over how you did. They do a full range of motion evaluation. Something I’ve never done before. And after that, they talk about their program. Any armchair athlete needs this. I know I suffer from tight calves and so far, so good. If you want to be a great weekend warrior or you’re a professional or amateur athlete. Give them a try I highly recommend them https://www.stretchzone.com/. I visited the one in Cherry Hill NJ on East Evesham Road.
