I’ve not watched a few episodes including to what happened to the 1980 “Miracle on Ice” flag? Or the Wilt Chamberlain 100-point basketball? And the most intriuiging of the one’s I’ve viewed the mystery Kentucky Derby Trophy. Did it belong to War Admiral or some other horse?
Great questions. A top PI Kevin Barrows and sports reporter, Lauren Gardner each get a cash to try and solve most episodes. The 1980 episode they both worked the same story. Personally, I think the episodes with two are better and I like the way they jump back and forth as they get closer to the truth.
As a person who’s been involved with sports reporting, and the memorabilia market, this show interests me. It’s fun to see people that I know on the show. And it’s fun to have some great sports topics being covered or uncovered as the case may be.
There are new episodes through June 5th so set you DVR’s. They’re worth watching. People in the Delaware, Valley will want to see the episode about the Chamberlain ball for certain. That 100-point game gets talked about every few years it seems. You can see that on May 29th at 9PM, et.
